We are looking for people who are motivated to develop their skills to lead IT implementations. We provide a comprehensive introduction to Microsoft business products such as Dynamics 365 and SharePoint.

Junior Business Consultant / Junior Product Owner

Responsibilities:

•  Ongoing communication with the client (including English speaking) to gather needs and implement the project

• Translation of customer requirements into technical language and preparation of backlog for development team

• Coordinating projects for business clients, working with the development team and Project Manager to deliver the project

• Business analysis and technical problem-solving

• Testing and presenting implemented solutions to the client

Requirements:

•  Oral and written English at the level of min. B2

• Oral and written Polish language at min. C1

• Communication skills, ability to formulate thoughts easily in written and oral form

• Analytical skills

• Basic knowledge of SQL

• Basic knowledge of databases

• Knowledge of Scrum or other agile methodologies

Nice to have:

•  Experience working in the IT industry

• Knowledge of basic programming principles

• Knowledge of CRM systems (MS Dynamics 365)

• Knowledge of notations such as UML, BPMN
