1. DEFINITIONS

  1. Administrator - the entity which is the controller of personal data within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the RODO, which decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data obtained through the Service;

  2. the Website - the website, located at https://arpideas.com/ and all functions and tools available through this website, of which the Administrator is the operator;

  3. User - any natural person who uses the resources of the Website in any way;

  4. Personal data - during the use of the Service, personal data may be e.g. the IP address of the User's device, data obtained on the basis of cookies or similar mechanisms for storing information in the User's devices, as long as they allow the identification of a specific User;

  5. RODO - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users and the policy of "cookies" in connection with their use of the services offered by the Website.

  2. Users' personal data shall be processed in accordance with the applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

Furthermore, out of concern for the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and policies to prevent data from being made available to unauthorised persons, which are periodically audited in terms of their effectiveness and the compliance of the processing with the applicable regulations.

3. INFORMATION CLAUSE

The Administrator processes the User's personal data in order to enable the User to use the Website, to adapt the displayed content and advertising to the User's preferences, to measure the quality and effectiveness of the presented content and to improve it. The legal basis for processing is both the User's consent and the Administrator's legitimate interest. Data processing is carried out through cookies and will be carried out until manually deleted by the User.

  3. The provision of personal data by the User is voluntary, failure to provide such data may cause irregularities in the operation of the Service or may be associated with a lack of access to certain functionalities of the Service.

  4. the User's personal data collected through the Service may be transferred to third parties whose services are used by the Service. Data will not be transferred outside the EEA.

  5. Each User has the right to access the content of his/her data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object. 4. COOKIES

  1. The Website uses "cookies". Failure to change the browser settings on the part of the User is tantamount to consent to their use.

  2. "Cookies" are text files which are stored on the Service User's terminal equipment. These files usually contain: IP address, request URL, domain name, device identifier, browser type, browser language, number of clicks, amount of time spent on individual pages, date and time of use of the Website, type and version of operating system, screen resolution, data collected in server logs and other similar information. The use of these files is necessary for the proper provision of services on the Website.

  3. The Administrator uses "cookies" in order to:

a) adjusting the display of website content to individual user preferences;

b) preparation of statistics helping to learn about the preferences and behaviour of users; analysis of these statistics is anonymous and makes it possible to adjust the content and appearance of the website to current trends; statistics are also used to assess the popularity of the website;

a) "session" - These are temporary files that are stored in the User's terminal equipment until they leave the Website (by logging out, moving to another page or switching off the browser);

b) "permanent" files - are files stored on the User's terminal equipment for the time specified in the parameters of "cookies" or until they are manually deleted by the User;

c) "analytical" files - these are files that allow a better understanding of how the User interacts with the content of the Website and how to better organise it or change its layout. These files collect information about the User's use of the Website, the type of page from which the User was redirected, and the number of visits and the time of the User's visit to the Website. This information does not record specific personal data about the User, but is used to compile statistics about the use of the website.

5. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Administrator shall apply technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the processed personal data appropriate to the risks and categories of data covered by the protection, and in particular to protect the data against their disclosure to unauthorised persons, collection by an unauthorised person, processing in violation of the applicable regulations and any change, loss, damage or destruction.

  2. The Website may contain links to other websites and/or web services. These websites may be independent of the Administrator and may have their own privacy policies and regulations with which you should familiarise yourself.

  3. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Policy. Amendments shall enter into force upon the posting of the amended Policy on the Website.
